**Salary and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits such as above award salaries, generous bonus schemes, annual salary reviews, and recognition through national social award events and office-based awards.
**Job Description**
As a Professional Injury Recovery Specialist, you will work closely with clients, their families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors affecting their recovery. You will develop personalized rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation, complete assessments, and identify potential return-to-work pathways.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need a tertiary qualification in either Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Exercise Physiology, appropriate registration with AHPRA or ESSA/SIRA Accreditation, full Australian working rights, and a current driver's license and car.
