Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, as well as make outbound calls to customers to provide product and service information.
  • Assist customers with enquiries relating to energy efficiency upgrades and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work with our internal team to action delivery of relevant upgrades and ensure timely completion.
  • Respond to questions about the company, its products or services, and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate them when necessary, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Update and maintain records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Achieve key performance indicator targets, such as average handling time and time in queue, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role or industry, with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers to discover their needs and direct their queries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, ideally Hubspot.
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines, with high attention to detail and a proactive work approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to exercise initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain relationships with customers, with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Good computer literacy and data entry skills, with thorough knowledge of the company and its products or services.
  • Experience and ability to work in a team environment, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
