The Reece Group is a leading international company with a strong focus on customer service and exceptional values. As a School-based Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a Reece branch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Embracing the Reece values and policies
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of work and contributing to the branch's success

About You:

We are looking for students with:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Team player with excellent communication skills

Students will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability required. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
