Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Business Growth Specialist to join our sales team in Redland City. As a key member, you will be responsible for building effective relationships with trade customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to grow their business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing business or managing teams and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with Channel Managers and Branch Managers to achieve sales and gross margin targets while providing exceptional service and solutions to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage and develop exceptional customer relationships
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS WITH TRADE CUSTOMERS
  • Identify areas to grow the customer's basket
  • Proactively solve customer problems and improve overall satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross margin targets
