Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

This role oversees the digital transformation of learning initiatives, leading the development and implementation of comprehensive technology strategies. Responsibilities include integrating new learning technologies and collaborating with various business units for seamless adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology strategies for learning initiatives to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Integrate innovative learning technologies to boost employee experience and performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and adoption.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably within Learning and Development or HR in a financial services organization.
  • Expertise in learning technologies, LMS platforms, e-learning development tools, and data analytics software.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic objectives.
