Job Title: Engineering Leader

A seasoned technology executive is required to lead our engineering department. This role involves developing and executing a technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives, in partnership with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Chief Architect and other executives to drive critical architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. They will also be responsible for guiding teams to success, while remaining hands-on with coding and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic decision-making and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused products that drive commercial success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a technology-driven organization.
  • Strong technical background with experience in scaling systems, including large-scale production environments.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
