Senior Leadership Position in Private Business Advisory

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager to lead our Private Business Tax and Advisory team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of privately-owned businesses, providing proactive solutions to address their unique challenges, and cultivating strong working relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a Diverse Portfolio: Oversee a range of privately-owned businesses, working closely with owners, C-suite executives, and finance teams.
- Cultivate Strong Client Relationships: Provide proactive and practical solutions to address client challenges, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Lead a Team: Inspire excellence by managing a team of Associates and Senior Associates, offering coaching and guidance to foster growth and development.
- Operational Leadership: Take charge of operational matters across the team, providing expertise and guidance to managers and associates.
- Efficiency Enhancement: Participate in operational and business development projects to elevate team capabilities and efficiency on a national scale.
- Qualification(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance, or other relevant professional or overseas qualification(s).
- CA / CPA qualified, or other relevant industry accreditation(s).
- Diverse business advisory experience (including private business and high-net worth clients), leading the delivery of high-quality and robust strategic projects.
- Highly-developed interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with and influence stakeholders at all levels of client organisations.
- SIGNIFICANT people management and leadership capabilities, with genuine care for your people.
- A competitive salary estimated at $180,000 - $220,000 per annum.
- A 9-day fortnight with no salary reduction.
