About the Role

Hydrogen Group is currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Cyber Security Specialist to join their team in Sydney. This permanent position involves utilizing recent company-wide security audit outcomes to collaborate with stakeholders and define the current state of security posture.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping a target state security architecture and developing a corresponding security roadmap for the organization alongside key stakeholders across the business. The role will involve leading complex enterprise deployments of CyberArk's solutions through their full lifecycle, ensuring the adoption of new practices, and providing direction on Identity Security and Account Security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design solutions to meet the needs of CyberArk's stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance on Identity Security and Account Security.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of large-scale IT systems, security risk management, and vulnerabilities.
  • Lead the adoption of new practices for deploying CyberArk's solutions.
  • Be the subject matter expert (SME) for CyberArk's implementation services, sales, product management, and marketing teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 7+ years' experience in Security Architecture.
  • 2 years' experience working with CyberArk Solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture, Risk & Infosec.
  • Proficiency in IAM, SAML, OAuth, Cloud Platforms, and security standards.
  • Strong exposure to security architecture and design.
  • Severity assessment and risk management experience beneficial.
  • Security management certifications.
  • Hands-on experience in security testing and research.
  • Experienced in leadership, coaching & mentoring.
What We Offer

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package including an estimated $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic organization.
