- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field; postgraduate qualification a plus.
- Experience in finance, investment banking, equity research, financial communications, or investor relations; IR experience desirable.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and corporate finance skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication; ability to craft clear, accurate, and compelling messaging.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with C-suite, analysts, and institutional investors.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of ASX-listed company reporting, continuous disclosure rules, and corporate governance.
