Speech Pathologist

Are you a passionate Speech Pathologist seeking a dynamic and supportive work environment?

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Generalist Speech Pathologist across a diverse caseload.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Paediatric speech and language delays
  • Adult communication and swallowing disorders
  • Literacy and social communication support
  • Disability and NDIS-funded clients (all ages)
  • AAC implementation and training
  • Community, in-home, telehealth, and/or school-based therapy (as preferred)

As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' lives and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key qualifications and skills required for this role include:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) membership
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Empathy, adaptability, and a client-first mindset
  • Full driver's licence and reliable transport (if mobile)

Desirable qualifications and skills include:

  • Experience with NDIS, aged care, or CALD communities
  • Interest in literacy, AAC, or dysphagia
  • Group facilitation or multidisciplinary experience
