We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse caseload, delivering high-quality client-centred care.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to adapt to changing situations, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to the well-being of clients.

About the Role
  • Paediatric speech and language delays
  • Adult communication and swallowing disorders
  • Literacy and social communication support
  • Disability and NDIS-funded clients (all ages)
  • AAC implementation and training
  • Community, in-home, telehealth, and/or school-based therapy (as preferred)

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Empathy, adaptability, and a client-first mindset
  • Full driver's licence + reliable transport (if mobile)
Desirable
  • Experience with NDIS, aged care, or CALD communities
  • Interest in literacy, AAC, or dysphagia
  • Group facilitation or multidisciplinary experience
