Job Summary: The Housing Manager is a key role within our regional office team, responsible for managing tenancies of public housing rental properties. This involves providing exceptional customer service, identifying and responding to individual customer needs, including those from diverse backgrounds.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality information, referral, and advocacy services to customers
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance and a Working with Children Check prior to commencement. Appointment will be made to a specific region with possible movement to other regions as organisational needs dictate.
This role may involve performing similar tasks on a temporary or ongoing basis, dependent on organisational requirements.
