This role involves working with young people who are in need of support and care. You will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment, encouraging personal growth and well-being, and supporting the emotional and practical needs of the young people in your care.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or a similar qualification.
- A valid driver's license.
- A Working with Children Check, Criminal History Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Strong emotional self-regulation skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with young people in a non-judgmental way.
