The South Australian Fire and Emergency Services Commission is seeking a visionary leader to shape the future of emergency services in the region. As Chief Executive, you will lead the commission under the guidance of its Board, working closely with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a risk-based Emergency Management Framework for seamless collaboration across agencies.
- Support the Minister for Emergency Services and Correctional Services in discharging legislative responsibilities as outlined in the Fire and Emergency Services Act 2005 (SA).
- Dynamic, outward-focussed leadership skills to initiate sector improvements and maintain key capabilities.
- Experience and expertise to drive advancements in areas such as Public Information and Warning Systems and State Emergency Information Call Centre Capability.
