We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Universal Marketing Agent.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide. As a Universal Marketing Agent, you'll have the chance to work with a range of customers, from prospective to existing members, and help them discover the benefits of holidaying with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the benefit of traveling within our community.
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.

The ideal candidate will be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.
