Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register owners and guests professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide expert advice on local area attractions and activities.
  • Ensure all department-related paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Utilize communication equipment effectively, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers.
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to deliver seamless check-in processes.
  • Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local community.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy and proficiency in hotel management systems.
