The Job:

About the Position:

We are seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the testing phase of an upcoming ERP implementation project.

The undertaking focuses on Dynamics 365, and the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the system meets business requirements, is fully functional, and is delivered with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy and approach for the ERP implementation project.
  • Manage end-to-end testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers and/or external test resources.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate system functionality.
  • Identify, track, and report testing risks, issues, and progress to project leadership.
  • Ensure testing processes are aligned with industry best practices and project governance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing testing for large-scale ERP implementations, preferably Dynamics 365.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Retail operations).
  • Experience in developing test strategies, plans, and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple testing streams.
