**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Learning Designer to join our team. As a Learning Designer, you will be responsible for creating interactive eLearning courses that make a difference.

The successful candidate will have experience working with Articulate Storyline and Rise, as well as a strong portfolio of eLearning design projects. You will also have expertise in UX and instructional design, and be able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • ">
  • Design and develop interactive online courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise">
  • Craft courses that seamlessly integrate rich multimedia content—video, animation, simulations, and games">
  • Enhance learner engagement through thoughtful UX and instructional design">
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to bring topics to life">
  • Guide course structure and navigation; work with graphic designers to visualise instructional content">
  • Manage course builds, updates, and content libraries across LMS platforms">
  • Apply evidence-based e-learning practices and maintain meticulous project documentation">
  • Support ongoing maintenance and improvement of our course library">
