Project Coordinator Role Overview 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project planning and pre-construction activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of commercial projects in the Bendigo region.
  • Lead the Contract Administrator and Site Manager, fostering a collaborative team environment and promoting effective communication.
  • Oversee financial and administrative management, ensuring accurate records and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to maintain stakeholder engagement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, leveraging strengths to achieve desired outcomes.

 

Requirements for Success:
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in Commercial Construction in Australia, preferably with a strong understanding of local market trends and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Aconex & CHEOPS, with demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with capacity to evaluate complex information and make informed decisions.
