Job Description
Colliers, a leading commercial property expert in Australia, is seeking a full-time Commercial Property Manager for their Bendigo office.
This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team specialising in sales, leasing, and property management in one of Victorias vibrant regional towns.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain and grow the Bendigo Commercial Property Portfolio
Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
Conduct routine property inspections
Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
Positive, proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
IT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programs
Authentic personality with a "can-do" approach
Qualifications:
Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
