This part-time, 12-month contract role offers the chance to work as a dedicated team member providing general advice, booking appointments, and managing client reminders.
About the RoleWe are seeking applicants available Monday to Saturday, ideally starting at 8:00am or 12:00pm AEST. You will have flexibility in working from home or using our head office in North Ryde, Sydney.
Responsibilities- Provide general veterinary reception support, including booking appointments and triage calls.
- Answer phone inquiries and manage client reminders.
- Support online bookings and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in RxWorks and ability to make accurate triage decisions over the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Remuneration is aligned with the Veterinary Nurse Award Wage. We ideally require someone available to start in September with two weeks of full-time training or three weeks of part-time training.
Work ArrangementsThis is a hybrid/remote-based role offering the flexibility to work from home. If located in Sydney, you may also use our head office in North Ryde.
