**Full Time Veterinary Reception Position**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **receptionist** to join our team

We are a well-established small animal practice, located in beautiful Hall ACT. Hall Veterinary Surgery prides itself on providing excellence in customer service and a commitment to best care. We also have a sister clinic, Vets at Amaroo that is located only 10 minutes drive from Hall. We aim to be the most trusted and respected veterinary clinics in the region.

We are looking for an applicant with:

- A friendly, fun loving and helpful attitude
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- A real desire to provide clients with exceptional standards of care and the ability to build client relationships
- A confident, professional and enthusiastic approach to work.
- A high level of organisation and the ability to schedule multiple tasks
- Problem solve and make decisions within a timely manner while maintaining a flexible approach to issues
- A positive attitude that shows initiative and a willingness to contribute and be a part of the success of the business
- An ability to excel in a busy, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Join the reception team in providing excellence in customer service
- Be a representative for the surgery in building the image, culture and practice core values of _Trust, Respect, Positivity and Fun, Teamwork Communication and Commitment to Best Care_
- Assist our clients to experience the best possible relationship with their pet.
- Help your fellow colleagues to experience happiness and fulfilment in our daily work.
