About the Team:

The Customer Experience team is dedicated to helping clients leverage cloud-based communication solutions. As a leader in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) category, we are poised for rapid growth and innovation.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in enterprise sales, business development, and/or consulting with SaaS Contact Center and Customer Experience products.
  • Expert knowledge of CCaaS products and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive informed decision-making through data analysis.
