Merchandising Position

This role is an excellent opportunity to join our team and take on a Merchandising position. As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for representing the company in the grocery channel, negotiating, selling, and building displays to optimize store presence for products based on a weekly work plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and sell products to stores to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the company with pride, positivity, and passion.
  • Work autonomously, but receive support from a territory sales manager.

Requirements:

  • A current, valid driver's license and a safe reliable motor vehicle are essential.
  • The ability to lift stock for building of displays and utilize creative point-of-sale materials.
  • Proficiency in using a mobile device to collate data and photograph displays.
  • The ability to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
