Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead our software development and delivery efforts. This is a critical role in ensuring our technology infrastructure meets business needs, enabling us to deliver outstanding travel experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of software development teams, focusing on efficient delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, to drive solutions and problem-solving.
  • Embracing a culture of MVPs, iteration, and 'build, measure, learn', with a flat structure and lean process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical expertise, preferably in Node/Typescript, React, PostgreSQL, AWS SQS, SNS, S3 Lambda, and related technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in guiding and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Able to foster a collaborative environment, promoting open communication and innovation.
