Job Overview:

The Tech Leadership role at our company is a pivotal position that involves overseeing the development of our data engineering product. This entails handling large volume data, diverse data sources, and data orchestration challenges.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead one or two teams of engineers from daily execution to performance and career management
  • To set an example, care for your team, and establish credibility with the quality of your and your team's technical execution
  • To excel at technical management, working with senior folks in the team to identify and mitigate technical risk, make data-driven decisions, and provide sound architectural guidance
  • To be responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring the success of technical projects
  • To collaborate with key stakeholders across all groups within the Engineering and Product Teams
  • To develop and empower top-class engineering and technology practices in the teams
About You:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Team Leading and/or Management, specifically managing technical projects and engineering teams
  • A minimum of 6 years of software development experience
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a SaaS environment, supporting mission-critical services
  • Proficiency in cloud expertise, including AWS services, container orchestration (K8s/EKS), observability stacks, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated multi-environment deployments (back-end & front-end)
