Renewable Energy Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage the planning, execution and delivery of a major renewable energy project in central Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a multidisciplinary team with a collaborative approach.
- Foster a culture of safety and accountability.
- Proactively manage risks, issues and interfaces across teams and contractors.
- Engage with local communities respectfully and in line with cultural heritage protocols.
- Champion HSSE and Human and Organizational Performance principles; ensure compliance with all HSSE legislation and internal standards.
- Manage all phases of project delivery, including commissioning and handover to Operations.
- Coordinate across disciplines and oversee grid connection activities.
- 10+ years in major infrastructure or renewable project delivery.
- 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects in remote environments.
- Strong commercial and contract management acumen.
- Knowledge of stakeholder, landowner and planning aspects of wind development.
- Familiarity with Australian WHS and environmental legislation.
- Hands-on experience with wind farm construction (civil, turbine, grid).
