Project Manager for Renewable Energy Projects

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality renewable energy projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a portfolio of onshore wind and hybrid projects globally. You will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and teams. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Managing and coordinating project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring timely completion and minimizing costs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
