Director of People and Culture

This pivotal position will lead a multi-disciplinary team across HR, WHS, payroll, and organisational development.
You'll drive strategic workforce transformation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with the Mission, Vision, and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a high-performing team.
- Drive strategic initiatives including performance, learning, and talent development.
- Oversee systems and foster a proactive safety culture.
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders.
- Champion change and workforce capability development.
The Successful Applicant will be an executive with 10+ years in senior leadership roles, proven success in leading change within complex organisations, expertise in strategy, WHS, industrial relations, and payroll, strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and a commitment to values and Mission.
The Diocese assists schools to build teaching and leadership capabilities. The role requires driving strategic workforce transformation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Broad responsibilities include leading a multi-disciplinary team and overseeing systems to ensure alignment with Mission, Vision, and strategic priorities.
