Responsibilities
  • Engage with sales teams, qualify opportunities, and craft compelling pitches for Ricoh's Hybrid Workplace solutions. Understand client needs and offer tailored AV solutions, including Ricoh Collaboration Boards and Projectors, plus a broad range of Audio-Visual, Unified Communications solutions and services across Meeting Spaces, Visitor Management, Workplace Utilisation and Management, Digital Signage and Unified Communications.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, develop proposals, and forecast sales targets for hybrid workplace technologies.
  • Research growth opportunities, liaise with industry analysts, and identify new sales channels for AV solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients, sales reps, marketing, and vendors to drive new business leads and resolve escalations related to hybrid workplace technologies.
  • Grow your territory by expanding business across existing and new customers with Ricoh's cutting-edge AV technology.

Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in AV solutions, workspace management, and technology sales, specifically in hybrid workplace environments.
  • Strong network, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.
