Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Build a network of high-quality candidates relevant to your client portfolio through advertising, headhunting, seeking referrals and exploring our extensive talent database.
- Generate leads and vacancies, matching client needs with appropriate candidates and strategic recruitment solutions.
- Engage with customers through on-site meetings, lunches, coffees, networking events and seminars.
- Manage salary and fee negotiations.
The Successful Applicant
Selection criteria will include:
- A passion for sales and a drive to hit and exceed personal targets.
- A positive, growth-focused mindset and proactive approach to self-development.
- High levels of resilience and demonstrated ability to bounce back from adversity.
- A strong work ethic and high levels of self-motivation.
- Previous sales and/or recruitment experience is advantageous but not an essential prerequisite for the role.
