About You
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counselling, psychology or a related field
  • Recent clinical history in domestic violence practice with solid understanding of requirements
  • Proven experience in healthcare administration or operations management
  • Effective leadership, communication, collaboration, decision making, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
  • Understanding of quality improvement processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Capacity to represent the organisation in public forums
  • Well-developed analytical and technical ability
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and monitoring risk
  • Ability to interpret and understand legislative documents
  • Ability to manage stressful work environments
  • Experience in working with personal and sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
  • Current driver's licence
  • Current Qld Working with Children Check Blue Card
