Program Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage educational programs for a dedicated team of professionals.

As a Lead Educational Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About You:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
