Job Title: Insightful Research Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Research Manager to lead our team in uncovering insights that drive exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behaviors and be able to analyze data to inform business decisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and conducting research studies, analyzing results, and presenting findings to stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct research studies to gather data on customer behaviors and preferences
  • Analyze research results and present findings to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience based on research insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and priorities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in research methodology

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, Business or a related field
  • Experience with applied quantitative and qualitative research design using various methods including usability studies, contextual inquiry, sentiment analysis, behavioral assessment, usability testing, experiments, A/B or multivariate testing, and surveys
  • Ability to present and embed insights through excellent written and verbal communication across a blend of numbers, data, and storytelling
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, and networking skills
  • Excellent facilitation and storytelling skills, ability to present work and promote ideas to various stakeholders
