The role of a Senior Insights Consultant involves leading and delivering various bespoke research projects end-to-end. This entails building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and relentless problem-solving.
- Quantitative Expertise: Deliver projects like customer segmentations, price strategy, new product development, CX and journey mapping, usage and attitude, brand positioning, campaign strategy, and customer value propositions.
- Analytical Strength: Confident in research design and skilled at finding patterns in data.
- Strategic Mindset: Translate insights into actionable strategies that address real business challenges.
- Brand & Culture: Passionate about helping brands stand for something meaningful – values, attitudes, and lifestyles that resonate.
- Leadership: Potential to lead a direct report in the Sydney office.
The ideal candidate should have over 5 years' experience in quantitative market research, preferably within a strategic insights agency. They should be client-ready with a proven track record of managing accounts confidently, versatile across sectors, and possess strong technical/statistical skills. The role requires owning projects from conception through to delivery and being deeply passionate about leveraging insight to drive outstanding outcomes in brand, marketing, innovation, and experience strategy.
