A dynamic leadership role has become available at our prestigious centre in the Northern Beaches, offering a unique opportunity to guide and support educators and families.

This full-time position involves overseeing day-to-day operations, meeting compliance and financial targets, while fostering long-lasting connections with the local community. You will have the chance to mentor and support the centre team to meet and exceed National Quality Standards.

To be successful in this role, you should hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification, with strong experience as a Centre Manager. A current Working with Children's Check is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous benefits including childcare discounts and professional development opportunities.
