We are seeking a highly experienced IT Program Manager to join our team at DWS Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex enterprise-scale programs and projects across digital transformation, integration, migration, application development, security, and cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IT programs and projects with a value range of $30-50 million, gained in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance organizations.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional stakeholder management, including C-level executives and vendors.
  • Work independently as the SME for clients, handling complex projects and tools.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance, with a strong background in IT program/project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects, with a focus on digital transformation, integration, migration, and cloud.
  • Agile project management experience, with a SAFe certification or similar.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent, with a minimum of 12 months of local experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
