Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and subject matter experts
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently to drive project success
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and growth
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring project integrity and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and value
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or 10 years in project management
  • Demonstrated expertise in traditional, Agile, Hybrid, and proprietary delivery methods
  • Proven experience in IT program or project management, with a focus on digital transformation, integration, migration, and cloud-based solutions
  • Strong supplier and vendor management skills, with experience in portfolio project management tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
