 Job Description:

 We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including food and beverage pairings, to make informed recommendations to guests.
  3. Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and protocols.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
  3. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  4. Current RSA certification or equivalent qualification.
  5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
