Lead Transformational Change in Psychological Health

This is a Senior Leadership role with Executive Remuneration Package.

  • As the Director, you will lead and oversee WorkSafe's response to psychological health regulation, ensuring expectations on compliance and enforcement are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead WorkSafe's operational response to psychological health regulation, ensuring expectations on compliance and enforcement are clear and well-managed.
  • Drive an outstanding service delivery culture that is committed to WorkSafe's values, providing a prevention-led, data driven and client focussed service to our community.
  • Represent WorkSafe by providing strategic and specialist advice to promote continued high-level support, understanding and achievement of WorkSafe psychological health objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of transformational, constructive and accountable leadership as well as be an excellent communicator, with interpersonal and consultative skills and the ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive understanding of the legal, policy and operational environment (psychological health) and proven ability to deliver improvement initiatives supported by research and analysis.
