Strategic Change Lead

Embracing a pivotal leadership role within the Transport Accident Commission, you will shape and drive enterprise-wide change strategies to foster cultural and strategic outcomes.

About the Role

The Strategic Change Lead will play a critical role in elevating change capability across the organisation and delivering measurable outcomes. This includes:

  • Developing an organisational forward view of change
  • Building strategic change leadership and acumen
  • Enhancing decision-making and change delivery through end-to-end change advisory services

You will have a strong focus on people and cultural transformation, partnering with leaders across all levels to influence decisions and build organisational agility, capability, and confidence in leading change.

Joining the Enterprise Change division, dedicated to enabling and supporting a high-performance culture where change programs, workplace initiatives and strategic priorities empower our people to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborative & Influential Stakeholder Partner: Building strong networks, aligning diverse stakeholders and operating as a trusted advisor on change.
  • Behavioural Change & Transformation Expertise: Delivering behavioural and cultural transformation in complex environments, with proven success applying change management practices to achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Supportive & Strategic People Leader: Coaching, developing and empowering your team to perform at their best.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a powerful communicator and natural collaborator, with the ability to influence senior leaders to think differently and adopt new ways of working. You will excel at building strong networks, aligning diverse stakeholders and operating as a trusted advisor on change.

Relevant tertiary qualifications (Human Resources, Organisation Development) and change management certification (e.g. Prosci) are highly regarded.
