Technology Service Management Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned IT Service Management professional, you will have the opportunity to shape the enterprise-wide service integration and management strategy, ensuring consistent and effective service delivery across technology domains.

This leadership role requires defining and driving the strategic direction for SIAM practices, developing and maintaining a long-term roadmap for capability uplift that aligns with enterprise priorities. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Lead the Technology Experience team to enhance end-user satisfaction through user insights and journey mapping.
  2. Create and oversee the Integrated Service Operations function to ensure high availability and rapid resolution of service activities.
  3. Drive improvements in service performance through robust monitoring, reporting, service level management, and experience level management practices.
  4. Develop and mature service management capabilities, including Service Design and Service Transition.
  5. Guide strategic development and adoption of service management platforms, including investment in automation and AI capabilities.
  6. Establish governance and configuration standards for platform modules to ensure consistency, scalability, and audit readiness.
Requirements
  • Extensive commercial experience in IT Service Management or related roles, including senior leadership capacity within large, complex organizations.
  • Proven experience designing and leading enterprise service integration and management frameworks across federated environments.
  • Strong track record in uplifting ITIL capabilities at scale and introducing new service domains.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including service operations, experience design, and platform/product owners.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing enterprise ITSM platforms and enabling automation and AI capabilities.
  • ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certification highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities, with ability to influence cross-functional technology strategies.
  • Advanced leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with focus on collaboration across business and technical teams.
  • Excellent understanding of ITSM tools, process automation, and service experience metrics.
