Key ResponsibilitiesServicing and Scheduled Maintenance:
- Support routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure smooth operation of hospital facilities.
- Respond to urgent jobs and participate in emergency response situations as needed.
Plant Room Maintenance:
- Ensure plant rooms are kept neat and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report any issues with plant room equipment or systems.
Customer Service and Communication:
- Provide excellent customer service skills and ability to liaise with staff, patients and visitors effectively.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues and management regarding daily activities and any concerns.
Problem-Solving and Prioritization:
