Job Title: Patient Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced patient service representative to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient medical cases and priorities with the veterinary team
  • Manage appointment books and scheduling software
  • Engage and educate clients on our services and wellness programs
  • Process estimates, invoices, and payment options
  • Maintain standards of care through records, reminders, and recalls
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and Google requirements
  • Ensure work health and safety compliance
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented reception area

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a direct client-facing position in a veterinary or medical environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Natural love for animals and commitment to stress-free environment
