Job Title: Business Development Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive new business across the eastern region.

Our platform delivers high-value insights across the construction lifecycle and is relied on by leading manufacturers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will manage a 90/10 office/onsite hybrid schedule, build a pipeline of 12-month contracts, and leverage warm leads and cold outreach to hit monthly targets.

About You
  • You've sold into the construction or manufacturing industries or had success in blue-collar B2B sales.
  • You're confident in your communication skills and comfortable engaging with C-suite and business owners.
  • You have the hunger and resilience to drive deals over the line and hit meaningful commission targets.
Key Responsibilities
