Strategic Governance Advisor

This esteemed role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the governance, strategic direction, and management of a pioneering organisation.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technological and financial acumen, coupled with relevant qualifications and high-level ongoing ICT professional development. A robust background in finance and governance, complemented by exposure to a diverse and complex technology business, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing oversight for transformation and strategic direction, while contributing to the governance, strategic direction, and management of the organisation.
- Supporting the Board, comprising representatives from member funds and three independent board members, including the Chair.
Key Qualifications Include:
- Strong technological and financial acumen, backed by relevant qualifications (high-level ongoing ICT professional development and/or CA/CPA preferred).
- Senior finance and technology professionals with a robust background in finance and governance, ideally within a highly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated high-level leadership, communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills; prior board experience; GAICD status desirable.
