Rental Car Sales Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service. The Rental Sales Agent / Customer Service Representative will be based at a busy airport.
Key Responsibilities:- Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening and communicating effectively
- Determining the most suitable rental options for customers
- Completing rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering customer questions with a positive attitude
- A valid driver's license
- Availability of 3-4 days per week
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales roles
