About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Advisor to join our Australia Retail Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering communication activities and programs for ANZ Plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute communications plans that effectively utilize ANZ-wide communications channels to share ANZ Plus milestones and progress with broader staff.
  • Manage ANZ Plus communications channels, including the ANZ Plus Update (newsletter) and Progress Summary Reports.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Communications Manager and broader Communications team to identify opportunities to improve how we communicate with our key audience groups.
  • Provide extensive copywriting support across our internal and external channels and assist with portfolio-wide communications rituals (including Townhalls, presentations, etc.).
  • Support content opportunities and enquiries with internal content and media relations teams, as relevant.
  • Provide communications advice to various stakeholders, as required.
  • Escalate risks and issues to the Senior Communications Manager in a timely manner.
