We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the development, coordination, and communication of business and project management activities. This role requires strong analytical skills to gather and analyze data and insights, informing evidence-based decision making and improving program effectiveness.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and with quality outcomes
  • Identify gaps and develop practical resources, tools, or guidance materials to support workers, businesses, and industry in understanding and meeting their safety obligations
  • Work flexibly across multiple projects, balancing competing demands while ensuring delivery of outcomes on time and to a high standard

  • Capable of analyzing information and identifying opportunities for improvement
