- Manages stock control, store policies, staff scheduling, and tracks sales team performance to optimize store efficiency.
- Delivers memorable customer service and product knowledge to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Creates a positive and engaging work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
- Recruits, leads, and inspires a high-performing team that achieves exceptional results.
- Proven sales leadership experience with strong achievements within KPI structures.
- Exceptional problem-solving ability and relationship-building skills to drive collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Previous leadership experience in retail is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training is provided.
